3. Delivery times
Orders are shipped from our warehouses and are generally delivered within 10 to 14 business days from order confirmation.

4. Taxes and customs duties
All our deliveries are made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all applicable taxes, customs duties and import fees in your country are covered by Cozy Homes. You will have no additional charges to pay on delivery.
5. Order tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. This number lets you follow your order in real time via the relevant carrier's service.
6. Lost parcels
If your parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, or is not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, Cozy Homes will send a replacement parcel free of charge.
