The wooden balls are the difference
Metal hooks leave marks in knitwear, which is why I went for the wooden ball tips. Six months of coats and jumpers and nothing has snagged or dented. The dark green against a white hallway wall is the bit visitors comment on. Mounted with screws, took fifteen minutes.

Description+
A chrome rail set with solid-wood ball hooks, in 3 sizes and 7 colours, mid-century in shape.
A chrome rail set with solid-wood spheres, the way entryways were dressed in the middle of last century. Rounded wooden hooks hold coats, totes and the day's small things, and they're kinder to delicate fabrics than a sharp metal point.
Three lengths take it from a single door, S at 33 cm with 4 hooks, to a full entryway, L at 49.5 cm with 6 hooks, and the 3-Pack bundles all three. Seven colours run from quiet black to bright orange and green, and it mounts two ways: screws for a permanent fix, or the included adhesive pads for a drill-free install on smooth walls.
Painted finishes and wood grain both vary slightly piece to piece, and screens add their own shift on top, so expect the colour in your hallway to read close to the photo rather than identical. Hook count and load rating stay fixed per size.

Why the Orbit Wall Coat Rack
The chrome rail and solid-wood ball hooks borrow their silhouette from 1950s entryway design and put it to work holding today's coats and bags.
Smooth wooden ball tips replace the sharp edge of a standard hook, so knitwear and delicate fabrics go on and come off without catching.
Screws give a permanent, load-bearing fix. The included adhesive pads handle smooth walls without a single hole. Both options ship in every box.

The adhesive option meant no drilling in a rental
I used the pads rather than the screws and it has carried jackets and bags since spring. Not winter coats, I would not push it that far, but everyday layers are no problem. It comes off cleanly if we move, which is the whole reason I chose it.
Great rail, the pads have a weight limit for a reason
I mounted it on adhesive first and it came away under two winter coats and a rucksack. Entirely my fault, the load rating is on the page. Put the screws in and it has been solid ever since. If you have anything heavy to hang, skip straight to the screws.
Frequently asked questions
How do I install the Orbit Hook Rail?+
Two options come included: screws for a permanent mount, or adhesive pads for a drill-free install on smooth walls. Choose whichever suits your wall and your lease.
How much weight can it hold?+
5–8 kg per rail, depending on size. Spread heavier coats and bags across multiple hooks rather than one.
Which size should I choose?+
S (33 cm, 4 hooks) suits a single door. M (41 cm, 5 hooks) covers most hallways. L (49.5 cm, 6 hooks) is built for a full entryway. The 3-Pack bundles all three.
What's your shipping and returns policy?+
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 100€, flat 6,90€ under that. Duties and taxes are included at checkout. Delivery runs 6–10 working days in the EU, 8–12 elsewhere. Live with it for 30 nights. If it's not right for your wall, contact us for a full refund.
How do I take the hooks down and repair the wall when I move out?+
Unscrew the rail and pull out the wall plugs, then fill each hole with a little lightweight filler, sand it flush once dry, and dab on matching paint. The repair disappears, which is what makes a mounted rail renter-safe as long as you keep a sample of your wall colour.
